Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees at UWRF vary based on residency (in-state vs. out-of-state) and academic program. Additional fees may apply for specific courses, labs and activities. Financial aid, scholarships and payment plans are available to help offset costs and support students.
Attention Minnesota Residents! Apply for Tuition Reciprocity!
If you're a Minnesota resident, be sure to apply for reciprocity for the term/academic year you plan to start as a student at UW-River Falls. This will allow you to pay a tuition rate comparable to what is charged at a similar Minnesota school. Your reciprocity benefits will be automatically renewed each term/year if you continue to attend UWRF and can claim Minnesota residency. If you haven't taken any classes in the past year, you'll need to reapply.
The following programs have special pricing and fees associated with them. Regardless of your residency, if you are enrolled in one of the following programs, your tuition and fees are listed separately.
