Falcon Scholars: URSCA Track
Developed in partnership with UWRF Student Senate, the Falcon Scholars program aims to:
- enrich learning (and subsequent employment readiness and leadership capacity) for students.
- raise the academic standards among students.
- support engagement and excellence among faculty and staff.

Criteria
As a Falcon Scholar, you have up to $2,000 available to use toward a research or study abroad experience once you have met the following criteria:
a. At least a 2.75 UWRF GPA, and
b. Completion of the required intent form and research proposal, and either
c. Earned at least 45 credits overall with at least 15 taken after becoming a full-time UWRF student or have earned at least 30 credits overall and completed two semesters of coursework through UWRF.
If you elect the research track, your funds can be used to pay for research expenses (supplies, disposable equipment, travel to conduct your research), and for a financial stipend to help support you while you pursue your project.
