Outside Resource Notification
If you're a UWRF student, you're required to report your external scholarship (grant, DVR assistance or other outside aid) using the Outside Resource Notification Form. External Scholarships will be applied to your billing account and listed on your financial aid in eSIS as an "external scholarship" after they have been turned into the Student Billing Office (226 Rodli Hall). You do NOT need to fill this form out if your external scholarship has already been submitted. You can view your billing details under "Billing Statement" and financial aid under "View Financial Aid."
*Please note you will be required to log in with your Falcon ID (w# and password) to complete this form.
