Appointments

Simply call or email us to schedule an appointment! We are open Monday through Friday with appointment hours available 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Keep in mind we're closed on holidays.) Appointments are scheduled in half hour increments.

When emailing to set up an appointment, please include: 

• Your name and role (student, parent/guardian or other)
• Student ID number if known (your #w number)
• A phone number we can reach you at
• A brief description of your question(s) - are you inquiring about a certain type of aid, need help filling out the FAFSA, wanting to know the status of your aid, etc.?
• A few different days and times that you are available for an appointment
  • If one of the times you've suggested is available, we'll schedule you in and reply to confirm. If none are available, we'll email or call to set up an alternate time.
