Residence Hall Contract and Rates
We strive to create residential communities where you can live civilly, learn effectively and discover success. Our staff strive to provide safe, clean, comfortable and inclusive living environments, as well as opportunities for all students to participate in creating respectful and responsible learning communities in the residence halls.
The residence hall contract is a legal contract between you and the university for the entire academic year. You (and your parent(s) or guardian if you are under the age of 18) become responsible for all the terms and financial obligations of the contract.
