Hi! My name is Amber Lawrence, and I'm currently a sophomore majoring in psychology. I became a peer counselor because I really value creating a safe, supportive space where students can feel heard and understood. My goal is to help others navigate both the challenges and successes of college life with compassion and encouragement.
Outside of school, I enjoy hiking, running, coffee with friends and shopping! I’m looking forward to meeting other students and being part of the support system here on campus.
Hi! I'm Maddie. I am a sophomore and a psychology major. Transitioning to college and navigating through your whole experience and time isn't always easy. I completely understand that and love to be a listening and helpful voice for those who are going through the college journey. I want all students to feel safe, heard and accepted on campus, and I hope to be the respectful support that can help everyone feel that way.
In my free time I really like reading (especially fantasy or mystery). I like to be outside whether that's hiking or just having a picnic, I like to go line dancing and am a huge hockey fan. No matter where you are in your college journey, I am excited to be here to support you.
Hi!! My name is Chloe Skille and I am a senior majoring in psychology. Going to college can be a difficult transition of balancing life and school, finding new friends and becoming more independent. I want everyone to feel like they have a place here and feel seen in the craziness of college life. I hope to be a support and a safe space for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside of my school life, I love going on adventures outside with my friends, reading books and getting a sweet treat whenever I can! I am excited to be a support for you and help you along in your journey, whatever that may be.
Hey, I’m Madi! I am a senior who is majoring in psychology and sociology. When I first started college, things were difficult. I completely understand the negative parts of being away from home, difficult classes, keeping up motivation, feeling alone and so much more. I want to help students feel heard and know that they belong here at UWRF.
When I have free time, I love shopping or finding good food with my friends. I also love building Legos, creating diamond art and cross stitching! I can’t wait to listen and support you with anything you may need.
