The Power of Positive: Nurturing Montessori Growth at Home and in the Classroom
We invite you to join our regional Montessori community for this interactive and engaging 10th annual conference on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026. We will gather at the University Center on the University of Wisconsin-River Falls campus. We are honored to welcome keynote speaker Chip DeLorenzo, author of "Positive Discipline in the Montessori Classroom."
Exciting Updates for This Year’s Montessori Conference!
This year’s conference offers several new features to enhance connection, creativity and accessibility. In addition to our in-person experience, participants may now join virtually through our new online option. We’re also introducing the Whova App to streamline communication and event updates. Conference sessions are designed to be cross-sectional and integrative, offering insights that apply across all Montessori levels. We’re thrilled to add special afternoon “make-and-take” sessions, where participants can create Montessori materials to take back to their classrooms. Finally, we’re offering special pricing for parents of children attending local Montessori schools, making this year’s event our most inclusive and engaging yet.

The conference will be held at the University Center located on the UWRF campus at 501 Wild Rose Ave., River Falls, WI 54022. The closest hotel to campus is the Radisson River Falls. Please use this link to access a discounted rate.
