The Agricultural Economics Department is home to four majors. We offer bachelor's degrees in agricultural business, marketing communications with an ag emphasis, agricultural studies and a dual degree program with AERES University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands in international food operations management (IFOM). We also offer two minors: agricultural business and farm management. Explore below to learn more about each of our programs.

Agricultural Business (Major)

Our agricultural business major is a great fit if you're interested in the business aspects of the agricultural supply chain.



Marketing Communications (Major)

Interested in the marketing, communications and promotion of agriculture? Our marketing communications major may be just the fit for you!


 

Agricultural Studies (Major)

Our agricultural studies major will allow you to select coursework from across the agriculture, food and environmental spectrum to design a program that fits your unique interests. 



International Food Operations Management (Major)

If you're interested in agricultural business on a global scale, we offer a dual degree in International Food Operations Management (IFOM). This degree includes a year of experience at the AERES University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. 



Agricultural Business (Minor)

The ag business minor will expose you to fundamental business concepts as they apply to agriculture. This is a popular minor for animal science and crop science majors.



Farm Management (Minor)

If you're majoring in a technical agriculture field but plan to return to and/or manage a production farm operation, the farm management minor will be a good fit for you!
