Our university staff is ready to make your special day one to remember. From the ceremony to the cocktail hour, dinner and dancing, our venues provide flexible options to bring your vision to life. Packages starting at $2,000.

Melvin Wall Amphitheatre Ceremony

Melvin Wall Amphitheatre

Between the main campus and the Falcon Center, is our favorite outdoor ceremony space. With the stone and grass seating of the Amphitheatre, or by using our included rental chairs, the space can be transformed to meet your needs!
Ballroom Reception

University Center Ballroom

In the heart of campus, our signature ballroom offers an elegant and versatile setting for your wedding celebration. Perfect for receptions, it comfortably accommodates dinner and dancing. The ideal setting for a romantic or a vibrant celebration.
Falcons Nest Wedding Reception

Falcon's Nest

This two-level entertainment venue features a stage, dynamic event lighting, premium sound system, disco balls and a large projector screen—creating a fun and flexible space for your ceremony or reception.

University Center Northwest Terrace

This charming outdoor terrace is perfect for cocktail hour, with seating for up to 80 guests and easy access to the lawn for late-night games and unforgettable memories under the stars.
Abbott Concert Hall

Abbott Concert Hall

Located within the Kleinpell Fine Arts building, this elegant concert hall offers a beautiful indoor setting for your wedding ceremony, complete with built-in A/V capabilities and a beautiful backdrop that can be tailored to bring your vision to life.
North Hall 222 Wedding Ceremony

North Hall Auditorium

Located in historic North Hall, this stunning two-level auditorium provides a timeless setting for your wedding ceremony, featuring seating for over 200 guests, built-in A/V capabilities and a beautiful wooden stage with velvet draping.

Catering

All catering and drinks within the University Center must be supplied by our dining contractor, Chartwells. Catering services include an array of appetizers, plated and buffet-style dinners, full bar service, desserts and much more. All alcohol on UWRF property must be purchased and served by Chartwells.

Available Packages

All packages will include the following:

  • Setup and teardown of tables and chairs for your guests.
  • Reserved bridal and groom suites for the wedding party. 
  • Access to your ceremony/reception space the day before your event for setup and rehearsal.
  • A UWRF Production Services event manager to make sure your day goes as planned.
  • A Chartwells catering manager to help plan any appetizers, meals or drinks during your event.
  • Audio and visual resources such as portable speakers, wireless microphones, event lighting and much more.
  • Designated parking lots for all of your guests.
  • Wayfinding signage throughout campus to help guide guests to your celebration.

Ceremony Only

$2000. Includes:

  • Venues:
    • Your choice of a ceremony venue.
    • An additional indoor ceremony venue will be reserved as a rain site, in-case of inclement weather.

Reception and Dance

$2500. Includes:

  • Venues:
    • Your choice of a reception venue.
    • Your choice of a dance venue.

Ceremony, Reception and Dance

$4000. Includes:

  • Venues:
    • Your choice of a ceremony venue.
    • Your choice of a reception venue.
    • Your choice of a dance venue.
    • An additional indoor ceremony venue will be reserved as a rain site, in-case of inclement weather
