The Management and Marketing Department is home to three majors offered in a variety of formats: business administration (in-person and online), management and marketing (with focuses in strategic marketing and professional sales). Business Administration (In-Person/Online) 

The business administration program provides a broad understanding of key business areas, including management, marketing, finance and operations. With both in-person and online options available, the program provides flexibility to suit different learning styles and schedules. You’ll engage in hands-on learning, case studies and internships, gaining practical experience to prepare you for leadership roles in a variety of industries. As a graduate, you’ll be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s competitive business environment. 


 
Management 

Our management major is focused on developing leadership, strategic decision making and organizational skills essential for managing people and resources effectively. Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical experience, you’ll gain expertise in areas such as operations management, human resources and organizational behavior. You’ll have opportunities for internships and real world projects, preparing you to lead teams and organizations in diverse industries and setting you apart in today’s dynamic business environment. 


 
Marketing: Strategic/Professional Sales 

Our marketing program, specializing in strategic marketing and professional sales, will prepare you for a successful career in the fast-paced world of marketing and sales. The curriculum emphasizes key concepts such as market research, consumer behavior, brand management and sales strategies, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively reach and engage consumers. Through hands-on learning experiences, internships and networking opportunities, graduates are equipped with the skills needed to excel in various marketing and professional sales roles.
