AED and First Aid Kit Locations
The locations of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are identified on the "Tornado and Fire Procedures" maps posted on every floor of university facilities. First aid kits are available in most administrative offices throughout campus. Please check with your unit's administrative office for the location of the nearest first aid kit. AED's are found in each residence hall lobby and in the following locations on campus:
- Agricultural Science: Next to drinking fountain near Dean's Office
- CHILD Child Care Center: Check-in Desk
- Centennial Science Hall: Next to men's restroom on second floor
- Davee Library: Lower level lobby
- Facilities Management: Lobby
- Falcon Center (Classroom Hallway): West of Zamboni access door
- Falcon Center (Fitness Center): East of desk
- Falcon Center (Karges Gym): Outside northeast gym door
- Falcon Center (Karges Gym): Outside southwest gym door
- Falcon Center (Knowles Center): Southeast track curve
- Falcon Center (Northern Hallway): Between football lockers and athletic equipment
- Falcon Center (Wheelock Commons): Across hall from ticket booth
- Falcon Center (Wheelock Commons): South of women's restroom
- Falcon Center (Mezzanine): Across from southeast Page entrance
- Farm (Campus Lab): Near office in colt barn
- Farm (Mann Valley): Dairy Learning Center
- Kleinpell Fine Arts: Left side of elevator on first floor
- North Hall: Second floor – left of HR office
- Regional Development Institute: Hallway to restrooms
- South Hall: Intersection of hallways on first floor
- University Center (First Level): Right side of men’s restroom
- University Center (Second Level): Top of Heritage Hall stairs (to the right)
- Wyman Education Building: Main doorway to Ed Tech center
UWRF uses the "Heartstart Onsite Defibrillator" in all AED locations on campus. (Only adult shock pads are available in the defibrillators, with the exception of the CHILD Center, which has pediatric shock pads.)
