The Counseling and School Psychology Department will host an in-person Prospective Student Open House on Monday, April 21, 2025, from 5-6:30 p.m. in the Wyman Education Building, Room 129. This event will be for individuals interested in graduate programs and careers in school counseling and/or school psychology. Current faculty members and students will be on hand to interact with attendees. No RSVP is necessary.
Counseling
Our accredited counseling program prepares grad students to work as professional school counselors in diverse K-12 school settings. Upon graduation, you'll have earned your Master of Science in Education (M.S.E.), which contributes to your professional license qualifications.

School Psychology
Intended for individuals who want to become outstanding licensed school psychologists and fully accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), UWRF's school psychology graduate program provides the opportunity for you to earn a Master of Science in Education and an Educational Specialist degree.
