File a Title IX Report
The University of Wisconsin-River Falls is committed to preventing, identifying and responding to all instances of sexual misconduct, discrimination and barriers to access within our campus community in order to ensure a safe and equitable educational environment for all Falcons.
If you have experienced prohibited conduct, or you would like to file a report on someone else's behalf, you can do it here.
Filing a report does not automatically initiate an investigation. Our office will reach out to the impacted party to invite them to meet with us. During that meeting, we will discuss voluntary resolution processes and supportive measures.
Student
I am a student filing a report on behalf of myself or someone else.
Student Employee
I am a student employee (e.g., an RA) and am filing a report as a mandated reporter.
