Falcon Center Memberships
Falcon Center membership includes access to the fitness center, Knowles Field House, and Falcon Outdoor Adventures climbing wall. All taxes and fees are included in the listed rate. Family memberships are defined as spouse/partner and children (unmarried, living at home and 22 years of age or younger) of the individual who purchased the membership. To purchase a membership, visit the Fitness Center desk.

Knowles Field House Membership
A Knowles Field House membership is only valid for the field house during open recreation times. All taxes and fees are included in the listed rate. Family memberships are defined as spouse/partner and children (unmarried, living at home and 22 years of age or younger) of the individual who purchased the membership. Climbing Wall Membership
A Falcon Outdoor Adventures climbing wall membership is valid for open boulder and open climbing times. All taxes and fees are included in the listed rate. Family memberships are defined as spouse/partner and children (unmarried, living at home and 22 years of age or younger) of the individual who purchased the membership. Cancellations
Fixed Term Membership Types (including Monthly, Semester and Summer options)
There are no cancellations for any fixed term membership types. Per the membership application agreement, there are no refunds for any of these memberships.
Recurring Membership
- Members paying by recurring billing may cancel at any time, effective at the beginning of the following month.
- Recurring membership have no expiration date. Charges will continue until the completed membership cancellation form is received. Cancellations must be received by close on the 25th of the previous month to be processes for the following month. Cancellation requests will be processed in the following manner:
- Cancellations received by close on the 25th of the previous month: Memberships will terminate at the end of that month and automatic withdrawals will no longer occur.
- Cancellations received after the 25th of the previous month: Memberships will terminate at the end of the following month and automatic withdrawals will stop after the next payment.
- Per the membership application agreement, there are no refunds for any memberships.
- Cancellation forms can be filled out at the Fitness Center desk.
- Students are not able to use recurring membership billing options.
- Phone calls or emails will NOT be accepted as a form of cancellation. Members will be contacted via e-mail once the form has been received and processed. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Campus Recreation at campusrec@uwrf.edu.
- UWRF Faculty/Staff who will be retiring or leaving their employment for any reason must submit a membership cancellation.
Parking Permit
- UWRF alumni, veterans, senior citizens, and community members paying by recurring billing will receive one parking permit (single membership) or two parking permits (family membership) for Pay Lot 3 (Ramer Field parking lot) as a part of their membership.
- Parking information will be collected as a part of the membership form.
- Notify Member Services staff or email campusrec@uwrf.edu if any changes to parking information occur during your membership term.
- UWRF students, faculty, staff, and emeriti must purchase a parking permit from the UWRF Parking Office.
