| Details: Participants will explore techniques for effective educational leadership including preparation of the environment, scheduling, assessment, lesson strategies, and guidance in diverse classroom cultures. They will also focus on establishing parent-educator partnerships and techniques of administration. Through reflective practice, students will learn to view educational leadership as a transformative process. Prerequisite: MONT 500; and MONT 710 or MONT 722 or MONT 732 or MONT 742; or permission of instructor. |
