Details: Participants are prepared to support the child's understanding of scientific concepts in biology (zoology and botany) and the physical sciences. Students learn to introduce the young child to the wonders of nature and ecology as they are guided in observing scientific phenomena, classifying plants and animals, and conducting simple experiments. Prerequisite: MONT 500, or permission of instructor.
