Details: This course will explore product marketing from the unique perspective of agriculture and the food system. Students will discuss key dimensions of food marketing, the principles of marketing, as well as domestic and international agricultural marketing issues. Students will also learn to implement elements of marketing, research various markets, develop marketing strategies, and understand the product development process. Prerequisites: AGEC 101 or AGEC 230. (F)
