Details: Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) have become increasingly recognized in America. Students taking SPSY 721 will gain knowledge related to potential causes, diagnostic criteria, and interventions for individuals with ASD and related disorders. The needs of educators, including specific assessment tools and evidence-based academic and emotional/behavioral interventions, will be emphasized.
