Details: Conserving soil and water resources are critical issues in the United States and worldwide. This course will examine methods of enhancing soil health and conserving soil and water while maintaining high levels of crop production. The course also considers predicting and controlling soil erosion from cultivated land, conserving soil on rangeland, forestland and construction sites, and of conserving water resources for agricultural and nonagricultural uses.
