Notes Welcome to TED 421! In this student teaching seminar, you're going to be supported by your peers and instructors throughout the student teaching experience to help you become a more effective beginning teacher. You?ll make goals and develop strategies for developing productive learning environments and more broadly growing as a professional during and near the end of your student teaching. You'll find space to step back from your teaching to really think about your own purposes for teaching from historical, philosophical, legal and ethical perspectives. This will help you apply these learnings as you craft a personal philosophy of education, design a professional development plan, and prepare to interview for teaching positions.
