Details: This course focuses on how corporations communicate with their key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization. Using readings, case study analysis, and discussions, the course introduces students to the communication theory and practices that enable companies to effectively meet stakeholder expectations, foster positive workplace cultures, engage the community responsibly, and protect their reputation during crisis. Students will develop skills in integrating communication strategies across all levels of an organization. Prerequisites: NONE
