Details: The course addresses a growing recognition that the provision of justice is incomplete if the needs of victims and the community are not addressed. Restorative justice teaches how to give voice and support to the victims and communities who have been harmed by criminal acts. Prerequisite: CRIM 130 or consent of instructor. (As offered).
