Details: The objectives of this course are to develop an understanding of how consumers make decisions and why this process is important for strategic marketing analysis. The course provides knowledge about the individual, social and environmental factors that influence consumer decisions. Theoretical contributions from the behavioral and social sciences will be used in developing an understanding of the importance of consumer analysis to overall marketing strategy. Prerequisite: MKTG 310 or 311.(F, Sp)
